Shipping Overview

• Processing time: Orders dispatch in 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, including holidays).
• Delivery estimates:
  • UK: 2–5 business days (🚚 Free Shipping)
  • EU: 3–8 business days
  • International: 5–12 business days
• Exact delivery estimates and carrier options are shown at checkout.

Shipping Costs

• UK: Always free shipping, with no minimum order.
• EU & International: Shipping costs vary by destination, package weight/volume, and carrier. Live rates are calculated at checkout.
• We occasionally run free-shipping promotions. When active, these are displayed on site and applied automatically at checkout.

Order Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order leaves our warehouse.
• You can also check your order status any time on our Order Tracking page.

Address Changes & Order Edits

• If you need to change your address or update/cancel your order, contact us immediately at help@littlecrowntoys.com.
• Changes are possible until the order has been processed and shipped. After dispatch, please follow the returns process.

Split Shipments & Out-Of-Stock Items

• To speed up delivery, your order may arrive in more than one parcel. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
• If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you with alternatives, a back-order ETA, or a refund option.

International Shipping, VAT & Duties

• All prices are listed in GBP.
• UK orders: VAT is included where applicable.
• EU & International orders: Taxes and duties may be charged by local customs authorities. These fees are the recipient’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Issues

• Marked as delivered but not received: Please check safe places, neighbours, or with your local courier office. If still not found, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
• Lost or stalled shipments: We’ll open an investigation with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we will reship or refund your order.
