Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Little Crown Toys. If something isn’t right, our returns process is straightforward and transparent.

Return Window

• You may return items within 30 days from the delivery date.
• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories (unless faulty).

How To Start a Return

1. Email help@littlecrowntoys.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
2. Our team will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address/label.
   ⚠️ Please do not send returns to our London office without an RMA. Returns are processed via our warehouse partners.

Who Pays Return Postage?

• Change of mind / unwanted item: The customer pays return postage.
• Damaged, faulty, or incorrect item: We will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return costs (proof required).

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and inspected.
• Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to complete the credit.
• Partial refunds may apply if returned items are used, incomplete, or not in original condition (unless faulty).

Exchanges

• Fastest option: Place a new order for the replacement item and return the original for a refund.
• Direct exchanges may be possible—please ask our team when requesting your RMA.

Items That Cannot Be Returned (Unless Faulty)

• Opened consumables (e.g., slime refills, craft paints)
• Personalised items
• Gift cards
• Items marked Final Sale on the product page

Damaged or Incorrect Items on Arrival

• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video and your order number.
• We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund promptly.
