We want you and your child to love every purchase from LittleCrownToys. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund—simple and hassle-free.

What’s covered
You’re eligible for a money-back refund when:
- You changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or the gift isn’t suitable.
- The product arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
For damaged/incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can put things right quickly.
What’s not covered (unless faulty)
- Opened consumables (e.g., slimes/refills, paints, glues)
- Personalised items or custom orders
- Digital gift cards
- Items marked Final Sale on the product page
- Items returned used, incomplete, or without essential parts/packaging (may be eligible for partial refund)
How to start a return (3 easy steps)
- Email us at help@littlecrowntoys.com with your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- We’ll reply with your RMA (Return Authorisation) and the correct return address/label.
- Please do not send returns to our London office without an RMA.
- Pack securely (all parts, manuals, tags, accessories) and post within 14 days of receiving your RMA.
Return postage & labels
- Change-of-mind / unwanted: return postage is paid by the customer.
- Damaged, faulty, or incorrect: we’ll provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage (receipt required).
We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
Refunds & timelines
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return reaches our warehouse and passes inspection.
- Most refunds appear within 3–10 business days (bank/card processing can vary).
- If an item is returned used or missing parts (and not faulty), we may deduct a reasonable amount to reflect the diminished value.
Exchanges
Need a different item quickly?
- Fastest: place a new order and return the original for refund.
- Direct exchanges may be available—ask our team when you request your RMA.
Gifts
- Refund to purchaser:Â refunds go to the original payment method.
- If you received the item as a gift, we can provide store credit to you once the return is received (tell us in your email).
Bundles & multi-item sets
- Sets must be returned complete. If part of a bundle is returned, we’ll refund the bundle minus the full price of items kept, where applicable.
Lost, delayed, or “delivered but not received”
- If tracking shows no movement or the parcel is marked delivered but you can’t find it, contact us within 7 days.
- We’ll investigate with the carrier; if confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.
Your consumer rights
Our 30-day guarantee adds to your legal rights under UK consumer law (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations and the Consumer Rights Act). Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
